Complete 40% of total payment ($100,000). Insurance documentation finalized. First round of fund release preparations begin.

Month 7-12

Mid-Term Completion

Reach 70% payment completion ($175,000). Interim insurance review. Accelerated approval process for remaining funds.

Month 13-18

Final Completion

Complete remaining 30% ($75,000). Final insurance verification. Full $5M allocation released according to agreement terms.
